Wiley is a leading publisher of scientific and technical information.

My Role: Usability Consultant

I worked with Wiley product managers, information architects and user experience team members to evaluate prototype designs and identify product development and design opportunities for Wiley. This includes:

Creating usability test guides.
Moderating remote usability tests using WebEx conferencing software (keeping costs low while still allowing for customer feedback from different markets).
Conducting on-site contextual inquiries with target customers.
Presenting interface recommendations to the design and management teams.

Current Protocols: Online resource for scientific protocols.

Wiley Plus: Online learning environment for college professors and students.

Wiley Custom Select: Custom textbook creation.
